Product Description:
Good and Proper Builders Silicone is a general-purpose construction silicone sealant supplied in a 300ml cartridge in white. It is used for sealing around windows, doors, and frames, sealing joints in uPVC cladding, fascias, and soffits, filling gaps around pipework and services, sealing skirting and trim to walls, and general weatherproofing and sealing across construction and DIY projects.
Builders silicone is made for the harder wear of construction work rather than bathroom and kitchen finishing. It cures to a tough, permanently flexible seal that moves with the building as materials expand and contract with temperature change, so joints stay sealed rather than cracking open over a season. It adheres to most common building materials once cured it is UV and weather resistant, standing up to exposed external positions.
