Zone 1 - £20 delivery to: DE1, DE11, DE12, DE13, DE14, DE15, DE22, DE23, DE24, DE3, DE73, WS13, DE6, DE65, DE72, LE65
Free delivery on orders over £150
Zone 2- £30 delivery to: DE21, ST14, WS15, B79, DE5, DE56, DE74, LE67
Free delivery on orders over £250
Zone 3- £40 delivery to: DE55, B77, B78, CV13, CV9, LE11, LE12, NG10, WS14, WS7
Free delivery on orders over £500
If you send us your postcode, we can confirm the delivery charge for your address.
What happens when I place a delivery order?
After your order is placed, a member of the Home & Trade team will be in touch by phone to arrange your delivery at a time that works for you. It normally takes 2-4 days to deliver your products. To help everything go smoothly, please make sure there's a safe, accessible area where our driver can offload your materials.
How long does it take to receive my products?
Orders can take 2-4 days to arrive. We will always call you to arrange a suitable delivery day and time.

What is your returns policy?
We can't offer refunds if you change your mind, but if anything arrives damaged, we'll happily put it right. Feel free to ask us anything before you buy.
