Product Description:

CT1 is a hybrid polymer sealant and adhesive in one cartridge, bonding and sealing almost any combination of building materials. Supplied in a 290ml cartridge in grey, it is used for bonding and sealing around windows, doors, and frames, sealing joints in concrete, render, and stone, fixing trims, panels, and cladding, sealing roofing and lead flashings, and general repair work across construction, roofing, landscaping, and DIY.

CT1 covers a wide range of jobs without a change of product. It bonds and seals on wet and damp surfaces and will even cure underwater, so outdoor repairs can go ahead without waiting for dry weather. Once cured it remains permanently flexible, moving with temperature change and vibration without cracking, and it does not shrink, so the seal holds its shape over time. It is free from solvents and isocyanates, has very little odour, and is suitable for indoor use.

The grey finish is the natural match for masonry and hard landscaping. It blends with concrete, render, grey stone and paving, slate, lead flashings, anthracite and grey window frames, and galvanised and grey metalwork, giving a joint that reads as part of the surface rather than a visible line. That makes it a practical choice for sealing movement joints in concrete, bedding copings and coping stones, and finishing around grey uPVC and aluminium frames. The cured sealant is UV resistant and will not break down or discolour in direct sunlight. Apply with a standard sealant gun, tool the joint smooth before it skins, and clean off any excess while still wet. Once cured, CT1 can be overpainted with most paints.
