Longrake White Pebbles are smooth, naturally rounded stones in bright white and pale cream tones, supplied in a 20kg bag. The 20–40mm size suits borders and flower beds, planters and pot toppings, water features and pond edging, rockeries, and decorative dressing around patios and planting.

Pebbles are chosen for their shape as much as their colour. Rounded and smoothed by water rather than crushed, they give a softer, more natural finish than angular chippings and are comfortable to handle and walk on, which makes them a popular choice in containers, around seating areas, and in gardens used by children. In white, they give the strongest contrast available against green planting, dark mulch, and grey paving, and lift shaded corners and north-facing beds considerably.

At 20–40mm these sit between the finer chippings and the large 40–90mm cobbles. The stones are big enough to read individually and give a bold, chunky finish, while still spreading properly across a bed or container rather than being placed as feature stones. A 20kg bag suits containers, small beds, and topping up, and can be carried and poured by one person. Allow around 40mm to 50mm depth, laid over a weed membrane. Being rounded, pebbles migrate more readily than angular stone, so keep them to enclosed beds and containers rather than slopes or paths. White stone shows dirt and algae more readily than darker aggregate, though a rinse will usually restore it.
