Longrake Golden Flint Gravel is a decorative flint aggregate in warm golden, honey, and amber tones, supplied in a bulk bag. The 10mm size suits garden paths and walkways, borders and flower beds, decorative beds and rockeries, pot toppings, water features, and general ground cover across domestic and commercial landscaping.

Flint is one of the hardest naturally occurring aggregates, so it wears well and holds its colour and shape rather than breaking down as softer stone does. The golden tones deepen noticeably when wet and read considerably brighter than a standard grey shingle, which makes this a good choice for lifting shaded corners, north-facing beds, and areas against dark fencing or brickwork. It complements sandstone paving, buff block paving, and honey-toned brick and stone particularly well.

At 10mm the stones are small and comfortable underfoot, which makes this the better size for footpaths, seating areas, and anywhere walked regularly, where a larger 16–20mm grade feels loose and uneven. The smaller size also gives a neater, more even finish in borders and around planting. Supplied in a bulk bag, a depth of around 40mm to 50mm is usually sufficient for decorative use, laid over a weed membrane to keep the stone clean and separated from the soil beneath. Coverage will vary depending on depth.
