It bonds and seals on wet and damp surfaces, and will even cure underwater, so gutter leaks, pond repairs, and outdoor jobs can be done without waiting for dry weather. Once cured it stays permanently flexible, allowing joints to move with temperature change and vibration without cracking, and it does not shrink, so the seal holds its shape over time.
