Supplied in a 12.5kg tub with no mixing required, it is suitable for patios, pathways, driveways, and garden paving across domestic and commercial landscaping, and can be used with natural stone, porcelain, concrete paving, and clay pavers.

Mushroom sits between Buff and Stone Grey — a soft neutral taupe with a hint of warmth, without the sandy tone of Buff or the coolness of the grey shades. That makes it a useful choice where paving has both warm and cool tones running through it, as multi-colour sandstones and mixed limestones often do, and where a straight buff or grey joint would pick out one side of the range and leave the other looking out of place. It reads as a natural, understated joint rather than a decorative one.

The all-weather formulation cures in damp conditions and light rain, so work does not have to stop for the weather, and the finished joint stays slightly flexible to accommodate the small movements a paved surface makes with temperature change and settlement. The cured joint is permeable, allowing rainwater to drain through the surface rather than run off it, which suits SuDS-compliant installations. To apply, wet the paving, sweep the compound into the joints, compact it down, and sweep the surface clean before it sets.
